As we already informed you in our previous update, the works related to the completion, layout and translations of MINIPEDIA are working according to the established deadlines.
To date, all the painting processes included in the collection are finished, even those that some of you proposed during the campaign. In addition, we have adapted and included more pictures and explanatory texts in many of the processes.
The official translations carried out by our provider GearTranslations will begin this week and then will be reviewed by native specialist painters to achieve the highest quality in the translation. Once everything is reviewed, we will send the books to print.
It is ESSENTIAL that before the 30th of this month you complete your surveys in Backerkit. There are still more than 300 to be completed and this can lead to production delays. It is necessary that we know the language chosen by each one of you, in addition to the personal data, and that you resolve the payment of the shipping costs of those that were not already included in your pledge.
Also remember that all those who do not have their survey filled out before the 30th will be part of the group of bakers that will be sent last. We therefore need your surveys as soon as possible.

Como ya os informamos en nuestra update anterior los trabajos relacionados con la finalización, maquetacion y traducciones de MINIPEDIA están funcionando según los plazos establecidos.
A día de hoy, todos los procesos de pintura incluidos en la colección están finalizados, incluso los que algunos de vosotros propusisteis durante la campaña. Además, hemos adaptado e incluido más fotografías y textos explicativos en muchos de los procesos.
Las traducciones oficiales realizadas por nuestro proveedor GearTranslations comenzarán esta semana y después, serán revisadas por pintores especialistas nativos para conseguir la mayor calidad en la traducción. Una vez esté todo revisado, enviaremos los libros a imprimir.
Es IMPRESCINDIBLE que antes del día 30 de este mes completéis vuestras encuestas en Backerkit. Aún quedan más de 300 sin completar y esto nos puede suponer retrasos en la producción. Es necesario que sepamos el idioma elegido por cada uno de vosotros, además de los datos personales, y que dejéis resuelto el pago de los gastos de envío de los que no estuvieran ya incluidos en su pledge.
Además recordad que todos aquellos que no tengan rellenada su encuesta antes del día 30 de cierre, formarán parte del grupo de bakers que será enviado en último lugar. Necesitamos por tanto vuestras encuestas lo antes posible.

Throughout the following days you will receive an email with a special Backerkit link to reply to the surveys related to the KS campaign. It is important that you answer and complete your surveys as quickly as possible because we need that information to complete your rewards and start production.
You do not need to create a Backerkit account to fill out the survey, just click the survey link, fill it in and that's it. You can answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information and add more add-ons if you wish.
If you later decide that you want to edit your response to the survey, you can come back later and change it at any time before we close the surveys to process all the data.

If you use your Facebook username as a Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account.

From our experience with other campaigns we have compiled some of the most common questions and answers about Backerkit:
What am I asked in Backerkit surveys?
You will be asked for all kinds of information regarding your choice of pledge. Language of the books, choice of pledge options and shipping data for cost calculation.
You must answer question by question and complete them all. At the end of the process you must click on the button to end your survey.
If you don't finish your survey, we won't have a proof of your choices and therefore we will not be able to send you anything.
Can I switch my pledge?
Yes, you can change your Pledge (except to a EB, that logically are not available). You just have to indicate it in the corresponding link at the beginning of the survey and you will access all the conditions of that new pledge.
Also, if your credit card had any issue during the KS collection, you can update your payment easily through Paypal or credit card. You have not lost your pledge.
How do the add-ons work?
There are two types of Add-on:
- Add-on that are products of the campaign. (Minipedia books, plus collections of paints and figures, included in some pledges)
- Add-on that are products from our usual lines, selected specifically for this Backerkit campaign.
How are shipping costs applied and how should I pay them?
There are two types of shipping costs.
1) Those that correspond to the specific pledge of the KS campaign:
These include all the components of the pledge, plus SGs and will be assigned based on the charts published in the KS campaign. There are some pledge that have free shipping, the rest must correspond to the costs in the published table.
2) Those that correspond to the Add-ons that you include in your survey:
These are calculated independently of the pledge. The calculations of these shipping costs are made based on the weight, volume and packaging of the products you add to your basket. Of course also the country or region of delivery. Attention: They are independent, different and will be added to those of point 1.
You can make the payment of your shipping costs through Paypal or credit card by following the steps that Backerkit will show you.
How do the discounts on Add-ons obtained as SG work?
The 25% discount applies to all those products added which are not part of the campaig or of any pledge. The 25% discount is applied on RRP prices. There is a recommended price, which is the same for all countries and the discount is applied on them. Prices are not comparable, neither with our website nor with any other since depending on the country of destination and where the website is located, prices may vary depending on taxes and shipping costs. To avoid all these problems we set a price for Backerkit worldwide and all calculations are made on them.
The 15% discount on our website prices for 6 months, will be sent to everyone through a coupon at the end of the Backerkit campaign. You can use it on our website as many times as you want during the six months period. It cannot be applied in Backerkit, or during price promotion sales such as Black Friday or other types of special offers throughout the year.
Will all the products included in my pledge and the add-ons be shipped together?
Yes. This is why, during the shipping process, we will work on pledge segments and their add-ons, assigning a logical order of production and shipping.
The order of shipments and which group you are in will be indicated later.

No necesitais crear una cuenta de Backerkit para rellenar la encuesta, solo pinchad el enlace de la encuesta, rellenadlo y ya esta. Podréis responder preguntas sobre vuestras preferencias sobre las recompensas, aportar información de envío y aportar más para add-ons si lo deseáis.

De nuestra experiencia en otras campañas hemos recopilado algunas de las preguntas y respuestas más comunes sobre Backerkit:
¿Qué se me pregunta en las encuestas de Backerkit?
Se os solicitará todo tipo de datos referente a vuestra elección de pledge. Idioma de los libros, elección de opciones del pledge y los datos de envío para el cálculo de costes.
Debeis ir contestando pregunta a pregunta y completarlas todas. Al final del todo debes pinchar en el botón de finalizar tu encuesta.
Hasta que tú encuesta no esté cerrada no tendremos constancia de tus elecciones y por lo tanto no podremos enviarte nada.
¿Puedo modificar mi pledge?
Sí, puedes cambiarte de Pledge (salvo a un EB que lógicamente no están disponibles). Sólo tienes que indicarlo en la pestaña correspondiente al principio de la encuesta y accederás a todas las condiciones de ese nuevo pledge.
Ademas si tu tarjeta de crédito dió error durante el cobro de KS, podrás actualizar tu pago de manera sencilla a través de Paypal o Tarjeta de crédito. No has perdido tu pledge.
¿Como funcionan los add-on?
Hay dos tipos de Add-on:
- Add-on que son productos de la campaña. (Libros Minipedia, además de colecciones de pinturas y figuras, incluidas en algunos pledge)
- Add-on que son productos de nuestras líneas habituales, seleccionados en concreto para esta campaña de Backerkit.
¿Cómo se aplican los gastos de envío y cómo debo pagarlos?
Hay dos tipos de gastos de envío.
1) Los que corresponden al pledge en concreto de la campaña de KS:
Estos incluyen todos los componentes del pledge, más los SG y se adjudicaran en función de la tabla publicada en la campaña de KS. Hay algunos pledge que tienen gastos de envío gratuito en este punto, el resto debe corresponder con la cifra de la tabla publicada.
2) Los que corresponden a los Add-on que incorpores en tu encuesta:
Estos se calculan de manera independiente al del pledge. Los cálculos de estos costes de envío se hacen en función del peso, del volumen y del empaquetado de los productos que introduzcas en tu cesta. Lógicamente también del país o region de envío. Atención: Son independientes, diferentes y se sumarán a los del punto 1.
Podrás realizar el pago de tus gastos de envío a través de Paypal o tarjeta de crédito siguiendo los pasos que te marcará Backerkit.
¿Cómo se aplican los descuentos sobre los Add-on conseguidos como SG?
El descuento del 25% se aplica a todos aquellos productos añadidos, que no forman parte de la campaña, ni de ningún pledge. El descuento del 25% se aplica sobre precios PVP. Existe un precio recomendado, que es el mismo para todos los países y sobre ése es el que se aplica. Los precios no son comparables, ni con nuestra web ni con ninguna otra ya que dependiendo del país de destino y donde se ubique la web, los precios pueden variar según impuestos y los gastos de envío. Para evitar todos estos problemas establecemos un precio para Backerkit a nivel mundial y todos los cálculos se realizan sobre ellos.
El descuento del 15% sobre los precios de nuestra web durante 6 meses, se enviará a todos a través de un cupón al finalizar la campaña de Backerkit. Podrás utilizarlo en nuestra web tantas veces como quieras durante los seis meses. No se podrá aplicar en Backerkit, ni durante campañas de promoción de precios como por ejemplo Black Friday u otro tipo de ofertas especiales a lo largo del año.
¿Se enviarán juntos todos los productos que incluye mi pledge y los add-on?
Sí. Es por esto, que durante el proceso de envío, trabajaremos sobre bloques de pledge y sus add-on, adjudicando un orden lógico de producción y envío.
Se os indicará más adelante el orden de envíos y en qué grupo estáis.

We have managed to make MINIPEDIA a reality. 4140 backers will have the collection on their shelves and it will become an important reference to help you paint your minis.

We have listened to all your suggestions during these 15 days and many of them will come true in the book collection.
For us your feedback has been fundamental because in the end you will be part of the project in a relevant way. We proposed a product to you but we learn a lot from you to develop the final product.
It is not only money that is important: P. Thank you all for your collaboration, advice and suggestions throughout the campaign.
Beside all of that, now we have to work hard so that you have your MINIPEDIA at home as soon as possible.
We will start working on the PM configuration during the next week and it is possible that in 3 weeks we will have it open.

Hemos conseguido que la MINIPEDIA se convierta en una realidad. 4140 seguidores tendrán la colección en sus estantes y se convertirá en una referencia importante para ayudaros a pintar vuestras minis.
Nuestra intención no ha sido otra que ofreceros nuestro mejor hacer y las técnicas que utilizamos día a día en nuestro estudio.
Hemos escuchado todas vuestras sugerencias durante estos 15 días y muchas de ellas se harán realidad en la colección de libros.
Para nosotros ha sido fundamental vuestro feedback porque al final seréis parte del proyecto de manera relevante. Os propusimos un producto pero aprendemos muchísimo de vosotros para desarrollar el producto final.
