The day before yesterday, the 28th, we began shipping the campaign orders. We already have everything produced and we are in the process of packaging, labeling and shipping.
The order for now will be by languages, starting with English and next those with the most number of backers. (Spanish, French, German, Italian and finally Japanese).
There is no order for shipping to different countries, it will depend on the language requested, except with Australia that all orders will be shipped together in a single shipment through an Australian distributor that will then distribute them within the continent. (Aetherworks).
As we already announced, the vast majority of shipments will be made through FEDEX and TNT, which will reduce the transit time to the destination.
ATTENTION: We estimate that the completion of ALL shipments will take us a month and a half of work, due to the number of shipments to be made. We ask for your patience because it's a complicated process to coordinate. When your order leaves our warehouses you will receive a tracking number from the transport agencies and you will be able to track it.

Antes de ayer día 28 comenzaron los envíos de la campaña. Ya tenemos todo producido y estamos en el proceso de empaquetado, etiquetado y envío.
El orden de momento será por idiomas comenzando por el ingles y siguiendo por los que más cantidad de backers tienen. (Español, Francés, Aleman, Italiano y por último Japones).
No hay un orden de envío a los diferentes países, dependerá del idioma solicitado, excepto con Australia que saldrán todos los pedidos juntos en un solo envío a través de una distribuidora australiana que después los distribuirá dentro del continente. (Aetherworks).
Como ya os anunciamos la gran mayoría de los envíos se realizarán a través de FEDEX y TNT con lo cual reduciremos el tiempo en el tránsito hasta el destino.
ATENCIÓN: Estimamos que la realización de TODOS los envíos nos llevará un mes y medio de trabajo, debido a la cantidad de envíos a realizar. Os pedimos un poco de paciencia porque es un proceso complicado de coordinar. Cuando vuestro pedido salga de nuestros almacenes recibiréis un numero de seguimiento por parte de las agencias de transportes y podréis hacer un seguimiento hasta el destino.

STATUS UPDATE - BLOCKING ADDRESSES IN 48H!

The first thing is to apologize as it's taken a long time to send an update, but we considered that there was nothing relevant to tell.
We'll explain how the Minipedia process has been and where we are at this moment:
1) During this time, since the campaign ended, we were laying out and writing all the suggestions and doubts that arose during the campaign. All books were adjusted to 72-80 pages and content was added where needed. All the necessary photographic retouching was done so that the figures and each step by step were ready to be viewed correctly.
2) Once everything was done and verified, we started with the translations into the six languages. They were carried out by an international translation company (Gear Translations) and with a subsequent revision by specialized people from our sector in each country. The only language that has yet to be completed due to its complexity is Japanese.
3) The books were sent to the printer and at this moment the first copies are already being manufactured. Delivery to our facilities is scheduled for mid-April. Meanwhile, at Scale75 we have been manufacturing all the SGs and other accessories for the Pledges (paints and figures) so that when we receive the books we are in a position to start shipping.
4) The first shipments are scheduled for the end of this month of April. The order of shipment and the duration of the process will be announced in a later update, when all the addresses are closed and we start with the labeling of packages. We will arrange it for productive reasons of our warehouses, trying to be as fair as possible and that you have your promises as soon as possible.
5) We have decided that the vast majority of shipments will be made through Fedex to try to alleviate the problems of delays and losses with the official postal services of some countries due to the pandemic. It is an extra expense that Scale75 will assume to avoid future problems.
In order to start with the packaging, labeling and subsequent shipping process, within 48 hours we will proceed to block the addresses that you have communicated us in the pledge manager. You are still on time if you need to make any changes.

Lo primero es pediros disculpas si hemos tardado mucho en mandar una actualización, pero considerábamos que no había nada relevante que contar.
Os explicamos cómo ha sido el proceso de Minipedia y en qué punto estamos en este momento:
1) Durante este tiempo desde que se acabó la campaña estuvimos maquetando y redactando todas las sugerencias y dudas que surguieron durante la campaña. Se ajustaron todos los libros a 72-80 páginas y se añadió contenido en los que hicieron falta. Se hizo todo el retoque fotográfico necesario para que las figuras y cada paso a paso estuviera listo para visualizar correctamente.
2) Una vez todo maquetado y verificado empezamos con las traducciones a los seis idiomas. Se realizaron por una empresa internacional de traductores (Gear Traslations) y con una posterior revision por gente especializada de nuestro sector en cada país. El único idioma que aún está pendiente de terminar de traducir debido a su complejidad es el Japonés.
3) Se enviaron los libros a imprenta y en este momento ya se están fabricando los primeros ejemplares. La entrega en nuestras instalaciones esta prevista para mediados del mes de Abril. Mientras tanto en Scale75 hemos ido fabricando todos los SGs y demás complementos de los Pledges (pinturas y figuras) para que cuando recibamos los libros estemos en condiciones de empezar con los envíos.
4) Los primeros envíos estan previstos para finales de este mes de Abril. El orden de envío y la duración del proceso lo anunciaremos en una posterior actualización, cuando se cierren todas las direcciones y empecemos con el etiquetado de paquetes. Lo ordenaremos por motivos productivos de nuestros almacenes, intentando ser lo mas ecuánimes posible y que tengáis vuestras promesas cuanto antes.
5) Hemos decidido que la gran mayoría de los envíos se realicen a través de la compañía Fedex para intentar paliar los problemas de retrasos y pérdidas con los servicios de correos oficiales de algunos países debido a la pandemia. Es un gasto extra que asumirá Scale75 para evitar problemas futuros.
Para poder comenzar con el proceso de empaquetado, etiquetado y posterior envío, vamos a proceder a bloquear en 48 horas las direcciones que nos habéis comunicado en el pledge manager de Backerkit. Aun estáis a tiempo si necesitáis hacer algún cambio.
