How do shipping costs work?

The shipping costs are FREE for some of our pledges. Take a look at the table at the end of the campaign. For those without free shipping costs, they will be an additional charge that will be added at the pledge manager in the BackerKit platform after the end of the campaign.

If you add addons in BackerKit to a FREE SHIPPING COSTS pledge, you’ll have to pay for the shipping costs of those addons.

How do I add add-ons to my pledge?

Choose your reward level and then increase the pledge amount by the value of the extra(s) you’d like.
This can be done using the “Manage My Pledge” button in the top right corner of this page. Just enter the total to cover your base reward level and any extras you like, and then once you submit the page Kickstarter will take you to Amazon to authorize the payment. The description of these products will be made on the Backerkit platform, a few weeks after the end of the campaign.
You can change your pledge value any time before the end of the project. No payment will be taken until the project is funded and the time period finished.

Where is MINIPEDIA going to be produced?

Everything will be produced in Spain.

Can a group of people or friends access a pledge for retailers?

NO. The pledge for retailers is unique and exclusive for shops and businesses identified with a recognizable tax identification number. Painting or modeling associations or non-profit entities won’t be able to access them either.

No, only physical copy.

When I'll be able to choose the language?

At the end of the campaign. Initially only English and Spanish are available but if we reach a certain number of backers in the campaign from a different language, we’ll be able to produce it and therefore it will be elegible at the pledge manager.

How do I get access to the 25% off in BackerKit and 15% off your site stretch goals?

A 25% discount is applied to all add-ons that have been added in Backerkit. It is already configured like this in the prices, so no need to enter any codes as the discount is applied already. The 15% will be a coupon that will be sent for our website, which will be sent in a download at a later date.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
